• Our client is starting a campus-based school in San Antonio.
• The school building will be identified and secured after the Principal is hired
• Candidates must have school start-up experience
• Likely will be an elementary or K-8 school
• Strong building teams, leadership and coaching skills
• Pay is still being figured out
• Like to have the candidate’s accepted offer in mid-June.  Start towards the end of summer.
• This person will start the school – so plan how to generate enrollment, school location, etc
• Must be a go-getter
• Assistant Principal candidates are welcomed
• Provide instructional leadership
• Oversight of school performance and operations.
• Data driven
• Results-oriented

Requirements

• Master’s degree 
• Administrator’s License 
• 3- 5 years’ experience in a leadership role
