• 22 full-time faculty and staff.  Also adjunct clinical faculty. Each program has a coordinator.
• Easy to get clinicals for students
• 300-400 undergrad nursing students.  100 grad students
• 2 cohorts 40 for BSN program per year.  Students are admitted into the nursing program.  40 students admitted into the MSN program
• Oversight of two campuses.  4 days at one and one day at the other.
• High NCLEX scores – 97%
• Use Kaplan to do NCLEX prep with students
• Open to candidates with any doctorate degree – DNP, Ph.D. EDD.
• Need management and mentoring experience.  Half the staff is new so they need a mentor for them.
